• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be the subject of any active self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with vxkwin or any other gaming operator to which vxkwin has agreed to apply such exclusions.

To register an Account with vxkwin, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred account currency (Malaysian Ringgit / MYR).

vxkwin periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives. All bonus offers are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer, which should be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the individual bonus terms at the point of claim.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. The game contribution schedule for each promotion is published within the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unconverted Bonus Funds expire after the period specified in the promotional terms. Expired bonus balances will be removed from the Player's Account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• Abuse Prevention: vxkwin monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit promotional terms. Where such behaviour is identified, vxkwin reserves the right to void bonus-derived winnings and close the relevant Account.

• Once a Wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player.
• In the event of a technical fault, communication error, or system failure that interrupts a game session, vxkwin's server records will be used to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the Wager may be voided and the stake returned.
• Displayed Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vxkwin Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering or operating more than one Account simultaneously;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits after those funds have been wagered;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access to any third party;
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party or accepting funds from third parties for wagering purposes.

vxkwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• vxkwin is required to do so in order to comply with applicable laws, regulatory directions, or court orders;
• A Player is identified as being under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point;
• A Player's Account is associated with fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering;
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under vxkwin's Responsible Gambling policy.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, vxkwin may retain any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds where a breach of these Terms is the grounds for closure. Genuine deposited funds (net of any outstanding bonus-related obligations) will be returned to the Player's originating payment method following completion of any required KYC and compliance review.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vxkwin's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vxkwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of winnings beyond verified technical error, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

vxkwin accepts no liability for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, or third-party payment provider outages.
